Will my customers know it's AI?
The assistant introduces itself as your virtual assistant. Most callers care that someone answered and booked them. Anyone who asks for a person is transferred or gets a callback.
What if it gets something wrong?
You approve its script, prices and service area before launch, and every call is recorded and transcribed. We review calls weekly in the first month and tune it.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. We forward missed or after-hours calls from your existing number. You keep ownership of your number, domain and customer data.
I don't have a domain. Can you help me pick one and set it up?
Yes. We help you choose a name that's short, easy to say on the phone and easy to spell, check that it's available, and register it in your business's name, so you own it. You pay the yearly domain registration fee, since the domain is yours. Then we connect it to your new website and test everything before go-live.
